SCHOOL!
I am scared to start teaching again! In just a few weeks I will have 13 special needs students (and their parents) to teach/take care of. Not to mention leaving my 3 yr. old with a babysitter (whom I adore). I think that I have a harder time separating from Summer than she does of me! At least my job is very rewarding and coincides with my kids schedule. Also, I am looking forward to being at the same school as my kids...I can keep an eye on them AND their teachers!!

That's exciting and scary! It's been how many years now? I know I get freaked out returning after the summer. It's hard to believe that this will be my 8th year teaching this fall. (Technically 8 1/2) I'm ready for something different... But hey congratulations - you'll be great!
Hey Sally, I stumbled upon your blog looking for someone else's! So are your kids going to school in Eagle Mountain this year or did you manage to get transferred to Snow Springs?
I am still going to Eagle Mountain! My kids are sad to leave Snow Springs but it will be OK.
So I went to check what class Jefferson is in and his class doesn't even have a teacher yet. It's a shame the school district won't let you transfer to Snow Springs. He would love having you as a teacher again.
Well, the district has 5 openings in Special Ed classrooms and no one to fill them, so I understand why they won't let me transfer...maybe next year I will get to be at Snow Springs and Jefferson can come say HI to me during recess and lunch! OR, you can call the distrcit and say you want me at Snow Springs!!! :) (FYI, parents can get what they want from the district...teachers can't)
