Being a mom

It's no secret that I want another baby(or two) even though I have VERY spirited children, and could fill a book with the misadventures at the grocery stores (or even at home)but I love being a mom and wouldn't trade one minute for anything. That's my motivation for this year, and why I joined weight watchers...so I can lose weight, get healthy, hopefully get pregnant and start all over again. Tom is actually worried, because he FINALLY agreed to another baby IF I got healthy! HaHa! He's in trouble, I wish for twins! :) Here's a good quote;

Summer's Sleep Study

1/4/08 Today I took Summer up to Primary Children's for a sleep study to see if we can do anything about the sleep apnea she has. It was quite the night! We went up around 8pm and it took the tech an hour to get her all hooked up! Summer was an angel though, she didn't make a sound. The tech said it usually takes two of them to hook up a 3 yr. old. Summer laughed when we showed her a mirror! She looked like a borg baby! I got to stay on a bed next to hers, and by bed I mean chair! So we didn't sleep much and I am getting too old to pull an all-nighter! But at least we got some good pictures! :)

2008!

Last year we had left over fire works from the 4th of July so we thought it would be fun to light them on New Years from an igloo at my mom's house...we did the same thing this year because it was such a hit! This year I watched from inside, it was SO cold!
This was all Tom's idea...

New Years Eve

12/31 Our New Years Eve Tradition continues, we stay at a motel locally and swim and hang out as a family. It's a really fun, and relatively inexpensive family activity.
